CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Bookings and payments are made online through the FareHarbor™ secure server.

Full payment will be taken at the time of making the booking.

Customers wishing to cancel or reschedule their lesson must give the operator at least 24 hours notice. We will issue a full refund of prepayments if we receive a minimum of 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. Bookings cancelled by the customer within 24 hours of the lesson, or no-shows on the day of the lesson are non-refundable.

Customers will also receive a full refund or lesson credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, including on the day of the lesson, prior to the start of the lesson.
